Zesty Cheese Dip
So delicious…perfect to dip crackers, veggies anything! You can also use it to drizzle into soups or over salads…sensational!

Paprika is unusually high in vitamin C? It is a wonderful, warm spice that lends itself well to any savoury dish. Try adding it to salad dressings, dips, crackers…all of these and more will get a new delightful taste with the addition of this health-promoting little spice!
1 cup of sunflower seeds, soaked
1/3 – ½ cup of water
1/3 cup of sesame seeds
1 red, yellow or orange pepper,
(if you only have green…go for it…but it won’t look the same!)
¼ cup of nutritional yeast
1 clove of garlic (or more…’cause you can never have too much garlic!)
2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon of chili powder
2 teaspoon of Braggs liquid soy
½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
½ teaspoon of paprika
Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend. You can make this smooth or leave it a little chunky. Try it both ways to find your favourite!
