All Dressed Pizza

This is one of those recipes that is just so damned amazing that you feel grateful every time you make it!  It is equally great as a pizza crust…which you could top with sundried tomato tapenade, basil pesto or nut cheese.   Then garnish with all of your favourite pizza toppings.  Or…you could have it as a cracker or a bread.  I have some of this around all the time now…because it is just that good!

Ingredients

For the ‘dough’:

5 tomatoes

2 peppers…any colour

10 stalks of celery

1/4 cup each of chia seeds, buckwheat flour, whole buckwheat and fresh ground flax seeds

1 tablespoon of italian seasoning…or a combination of oregano, basil, rosemary and thyme

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.  Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to allow time for it to set up.  Then put it on dehydrator sheets covered with a teflex sheet and shape into a circle to make it like a pizza crust.  Alternatively…you can make them square and score them to make cracker.

Then top with your favourite toppings.  I used tomatoes, green peppers, red onions and mushrooms.  You could get fabulously creative and use olives, crushed garlic, artichokes, pineapple, sprouts, capers…whatever your heart desires!

Then put it into the dehydrator and set it for 115 degrees Fahrenheit and dehydrate until dry, flipping over and removing the teflex sheet when it is dry enough to do so.

Enjoy…enjoy…enjoy!
