Mylk Chocolate Kale Smoothie

When I was growing up…no one knew what kale was!

My mom made it…from a can.  I loved it…but I was that kind of kid!  I love my veggies!

Now of course, everyone knows what kale is and you can find it anywhere.

But not everyone loves it!

Well…most people will give kale chips a try…and some of them are pretty good…none are as good as mine though … 😉

What about kale salad…have you tried that?  It can be pretty damned amazing if you give it a chance.

How about kale chocolate?

What do you mean you never heard of it?  Well you have now!

Making kale taste like milk chocolate was a challenge that I just couldn’t pass up!

So here is my version…let me know what you think.  It has been met with rave reviews around here!

Which gives me an idea…

…if there is a type of food that you would like to have…but it isn’t healthy…let me know and I will make it my personal challenge to make whatever type of food you are craving…into a delicious, amazing, healthy and gorgeous version of it’s unhealthy self!

Okay…here we go!
