 Plum Sauce

Here is an amazing little plum sauce that tastes so much better than any plum sauce you have ever tasted…and it is filled with so many healthy bits that I am sure this will become your go to plum sauce forever and ever!  It  is wonderful on ‘Egg Rolls Alive’ or any finger food…you can even drizzle it on a salad.


½ – ¾ cups of water
½ cup of prunes
1 tablespoons of Braggs liquid soy
1 teaspoon of apples cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
1 clove of garlic


In a food processor, puree the prunes and the water until the prunes are smooth. Add the remainder of the ingredients and puree until all the garlic is chopped and it has a nice smooth consistency. Use to drizzle over ‘Egg Rolls Alive’ or for a nice change on a savoury salad!
