What does loving yourself look like? Is it luxuriating in a hot, bubbly, lusciously scented bath surrounded by candles and soft music? About Christine Ringer

Christine Ringer first learned about Raw Food in 2005 and quickly embraced this lifestyle and became a raw food chef, lifestyle coach and nutritionist. Christine then started teaching much sought after classes where she taught her own original recipes. Being very gifted in the kitchen, Christine soon began catering large events serving 100% raw vegan food to rave reviews.
