The Best Sprouted Hummus Ever!
This hummus is amazing! It is creamy, absolutely full of flavour and so filling! You can even use this as a base and add other flavours to it…or add way more garlic…if you are so inclined! 🙂

Not only that…but the protein is of a better quality and more easily digested…the vitamin content goes way up as does the fiber, minerals and essential fatty acids. Add to that, the amazingly affordable way to have these sprouts just by sprouting them yourself at home in a sprouter…or a simple jar! There are so many reasons to add sprouts to your life!
3 cups of sprouted chickpeas or sprouted bean mix
1 peeled zucchini
4 tablespoons of lemon fresh squeezed lemon juice…including the pulp
1 tablespoon of raw tahini
1 clove of garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt (optional)
Put all of the ingredients into a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. That’s it!
Serve with cut up veggies or yummy raw crackers 🙂
